Ready or not

I guess fall decided to arrive. I went out this morning to have my morning coffee on the porch and Fall hit me smack in the face. The crisp air, how the sun hung in the morning sky, the sweet smell of cool air. Everything....that makes fall wonderful....it was ever present.

I will remember my camera tomorrow so I can share my morning with you.

Side Tracked

Today was going to be a BIG production day. I had high goals -- high hopes of finishing a couple projects and maybe start a new one However, I got side tracked. Does this ever happen to you?

If you have not noticed my little blog palace has a new look. It started out with simply tinkering with a couple things and before I knew it I was coding for a 3 column blog creating a new header and adding some gizmos here and there.

There's still some tweaking I need to do, but so far I kind of like it.

It seems like it just started!!!

How does your garden grow?

I walked out to my pitiful garden this morning.

Dreams of bushels full of yummylious tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers to eat and can will not be happening this year. However, it is not from a lack of trying.

The weather simply has not cooperated. It's August and the temp is 57 degrees right now. I am burning a candle, drink hot coffee and wearing a long sleeve shirt.

Things change -- plans fail
